Personalization
Description
This photo is just an example of how the fluorine color looks. It is not the real representation of the chosen letters.
IMPORTANT: do not remove from the cart nor add units, since that does not mean that if you have two bags in the cart they will both be personalized.
Each bag must be personalized one by one and added to the cart
If you add one, you will receive one of the products without personalization.
Custom Products
Important, the order is embroidered a few hours after placing the order (but in times of promotion it can sometimes lead to a 2-day delay), so it is important to check the following before:
- The chosen color
- The spaces between letters make the embroidery smaller
- Exactly the text entered will be embroidered, with dots, uppercase or lowercase.
- It is recommended to choose the same zipper color, specified in the description.
- A product called "Personalization" and the personalized text that will be associated with the embroidered product must appear in the cart. If you increase the quantity of this product, two embroidered products will not be produced.
- If it arrives without embroidery it is always because you have deleted personalized products from the cart. It is important not to do this.
- To have two identical embroidered products, you must make both separately and add them to the cart.
- Embroidered products are NOT returnable
- If the order arrives without embroidery, it will be because the cart has been manipulated several times and the order will have to be placed again and the old one sent to our warehouses.
