Exchanges and returns

Do you want to return or exchange something?

You have 30 days from when you place the order and you have 2 options.

1. 100% free return:

  • We take care of all the costs of returning the package within Europe if it is an exchange for another product.
  • In case of return for exchange, the refund is made in the form of a gift card so that you can use it whenever you want in our store.

2. Return or exchange with associated costs

  • Home collection or drop off at Correos Express with a cost of €6.95 in Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal. In case of return, this amount will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded (the shipping and customs costs that may be generated in returns and exchanges will be assumed by the customer).
  • France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria and Ireland, collection will be €18. For other countries, the return will be managed by the customer.

Returns are not accepted on personalized products.

How to make the exchange or return?

In case of product defect, MY WANDER STORE will assume the costs associated with exchanging the product for a new one. But we will not refund them if you see signs of use on the returned product.

In the case of Flash Sales due to stock liquidations, returns are not accepted.

The User may return any item purchased through the portal as long as it meets the following conditions:

Returns on orders outside of Spain
